These terms define the rules and service rules of working with Choosy.
Choosy provides freelance software development services including web applications, backend systems, and technical consulting.
Requirements, project scope, and timelines are defined through private agreements with clients before development begins. This may include contracts, statements of work, or accepted proposal documents.
Payments are formally invoiced for all freelance development work. Accepted payment methods include strictly authorized channels, such as Wise, Western Union, and UPI.
Work is delivered digitally through standard methods including source code repositories (e.g. GitHub), deployment environments, or via direct file transfers based on client preferences.
Ownership of project deliverables fully transfers to the client after the clearance of full payment unless otherwise negotiated or agreed upon beforehand in the project agreement.
Services are provided explicitly without guarantees of absolutely uninterrupted operation, bug-free experiences, or specific business results.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any business-related disputes strictly fall under local Indian legal provisions.
